Baldwin MLS Completes Its Transition to Perchwell

Baldwin REALTORS® MLS announced today that it has completed its transition to Perchwell. More than 3,000 real estate professionals across Baldwin County, Alabama now run their search, listing management, client collaboration, and market analytics on one platform, with the same experience on desktop and mobile.

The move is the largest technology change in Baldwin MLS's history, and it followed a phased rollout over several months, including a parallel period in which members could work in both systems before the system of record moved to Perchwell (from that date, new listings and listing changes happen in Perchwell). The announcement

Baldwin REALTORS® MLS has officially completed its transition to Perchwell, a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platform that provides local real estate professionals with modern technology designed to better serve buyers and sellers throughout Baldwin County.

The transition marks the most significant technology upgrade in the history of Baldwin MLS, replacing its previous MLS platform with a system that combines property search, listing management, client collaboration, and market analytics into one experience.

Over the past several months, Baldwin MLS implemented Perchwell through a phased rollout that included extensive training opportunities, brokerage onboarding sessions, webinars, office hours, and support resources to ensure members were prepared for the transition.

For consumers, the transition means their REALTOR® now has access to technology that supports faster communication, more powerful property searches, improved collaboration, and deeper market insights throughout the home buying and selling process. By streamlining many of the day-to-day tasks REALTORS® perform, Perchwell allows members to spend more time focused on their business.
